We ask that you take a few minutes the night before a scheduled service to “pick up.” This will allow the cleaning technicians easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned: floors, countertops, tabletops, etc.

Item descriptionIf you are not happy with any area we have cleaned, simply call the office within 24 hours and we will come back and reclean the area free of charge. The cleaning technicians must be allowed to come back into the home within 1 business day, and usually are able to return the same day. Please note we do not offer cash refunds or money off the cleaning, but we will 100% return and clean it.
